This module is part of a private API. You should avoid using this module if possible, as it may be removed or be changed in the future.

The statement plumbing the three stores share.

An includer defines a private connection, which is the one every statement uses unless it is handed another — and the one that is handed another is the outbox insert, which is the whole point of it.
